Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Payment Processing & Fees
Orders placed using credit or debit cards are subject to non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment processor. In the event of an approved refund, these processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Custom & Made-to-Order Barrels
All custom barrels are manufactured to customer-specified configurations and tolerances. For this reason, custom barrels are not eligible for full refunds once production has begun.

However, all custom barrels are fully warranted against manufacturing defects. If an issue arises due to workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the barrel at our discretion.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship barrels and non-custom items may be eligible for a refund if returned unused and in original condition, subject to approval. Return requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

If you experience an issue with your barrel, please contact us directly before initiating a return or dispute. We take pride in our work and will always make a good-faith effort to resolve legitimate issues.
