Terms of Service
Deadshot Barrels manufactures precision barrels, including custom and made-to-order products. Please review these terms and our Refund Policy before placing an order.
Order Specifications
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected caliber, platform compatibility, and configuration before ordering. If you are unsure about a selection, please contact us before production begins. This does not limit warranty coverage or remedies for incorrect or defective products.
Warranty Coverage
Deadshot Barrels products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and are built to the specifications ordered. If you believe a barrel has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Covered issues may be repaired or replaced at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Accuracy and performance depend on appropriate ammunition, product configuration, installation, and other conditions. Contact us if you believe a manufacturing defect is affecting performance.
Warranty Limitations
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or unrelated third-party parts is not covered by the manufacturing-defect warranty. This does not exclude coverage for an existing manufacturing defect. Using a qualified gunsmith does not, by itself, void warranty coverage. When practical, please contact us before making alterations or repairs to a barrel with a suspected defect.
FN SCAR Barrel Assemblies and Gas Blocks
When supplied as part of a Deadshot Barrels FN SCAR barrel assembly, the installed gas block is a fitted component of the finished assembly. Do not remove, replace, or alter it without contacting Deadshot Barrels first. Damage or malfunction caused by removal, reinstallation, component substitution, or other post-delivery modifications is excluded from manufacturing-defect warranty coverage. This does not void coverage for unrelated defects or affect remedies required by applicable law.
Customers reporting an item that arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied should not install, use, disassemble, or alter it. Contact Deadshot Barrels promptly with the order number and photographs of the product, included components, and packaging; obtain return instructions before shipping anything back unless otherwise required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.
Order Cancellations and Returns
- All sales final by default: Purchases are final by default, including custom-made barrels, ready-to-ship barrels, and other merchandise. We may consider discretionary return requests individually, but an exception is never guaranteed and requires prior authorization. This does not limit manufacturing-defect warranty coverage, remedies for an incorrect or damaged item, or rights required by law.
- Cancellation fee: If an order is canceled after work has started, a 15% cancellation fee applies, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Restocking fee on approved returns: If Deadshot Barrels approves a discretionary return, a 25% restocking fee applies to the approved item, whether it is a barrel or other merchandise. Manufacturing-defect warranty remedies, incorrect items, and returns required by law are handled separately and are not subject to this discretionary restocking fee.
- Custom and ready-to-ship items: Both are final sale by default. Deadshot Barrels may approve an exception on a case-by-case basis, but no product category automatically qualifies for a discretionary return.
- Return authorization: Contact us with your order number and reason for the request before sending anything back. Discretionary returns require our prior approval, and any approved return must follow the instructions we provide. For suspected defects, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item, contact us promptly for assistance. Applicable legal rights are not limited.
- Payment processing: Non-refundable credit or debit card processing fees charged to us by our payment processor may be deducted from approved refunds where permitted by law.
Payment Disputes
Please contact Deadshot Barrels first when practical so we can review and resolve your concern. When responding to a payment dispute, we may provide order, production, shipping, and customer communication records to our payment processor. Nothing in these terms limits any legally protected billing-dispute or chargeback rights.
