Refund Policy
At Deadshot Barrels, we stand behind our products and our workmanship. For safety and liability reasons, we do not accept discretionary returns of barrels after they have shipped. A barrel that has been shipped and returned cannot be resold as new. This policy applies to both custom-made barrels and ready-to-ship barrels.
Barrel Sales: Final Once Shipped
Once a barrel ships, we do not accept returns for a change of mind, customer-selected configuration errors, or other non-defect reasons. This does not limit warranty coverage, remedies for an incorrect or defective product supplied by us, or rights provided by applicable law.
Condition on Arrival and Product Alterations
If a product appears damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered when delivered, do not install, use, disassemble, or alter it. Contact Deadshot Barrels promptly with your order number, a description of the concern, and clear photographs of the product, included components, and packaging. Contact us for return instructions before sending a product back, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
An item that has been disassembled, modified, or had supplied components removed or replaced after delivery may no longer reflect its original shipped condition. Deadshot Barrels may review available inspection, fulfillment, shipping, and customer-provided documentation when evaluating a claim. Damage or malfunction caused by post-delivery disassembly, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or component substitution is not covered by the manufacturing-defect warranty. This does not exclude coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect, an item supplied incorrectly, or any rights provided by applicable law.
FN SCAR Barrel Assembly Gas Blocks
On FN SCAR barrel assemblies supplied with a Deadshot-installed gas block, the fitted gas block is part of the completed assembly. Do not remove, replace, transfer, or modify this component without first contacting Deadshot Barrels. Removing or substituting a fitted gas block can affect the assembly’s condition and safe operation. Damage or malfunction caused by gas-block removal, replacement, reinstallation, or modification is not covered as a manufacturing defect. If a barrel assembly appears to have arrived with a missing or damaged component, stop use and contact Deadshot Barrels before making changes. These limitations do not affect warranty coverage for unrelated manufacturing defects or remedies required by law.
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible. A 15% cancellation fee applies if work has already started, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Eligible Non-Barrel Merchandise
Certain non-barrel items may qualify for a discretionary return when unused and in original condition, but only with our prior approval. Approved discretionary returns of eligible non-barrel merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee does not make shipped barrels returnable. Please contact us for instructions before sending any item back. Warranty remedies and returns required by law are handled separately.
Payment Processing Fees
Non-refundable credit or debit card processing fees charged to us by our payment processor may be deducted from approved refunds where permitted by law.
Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Support
We stand behind the materials and workmanship of our barrels. If a barrel has a functional issue or another problem caused by a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly. We will evaluate the concern and address covered problems through an appropriate warranty remedy, such as repair or replacement, subject to applicable law. Our policy against discretionary barrel returns does not eliminate manufacturing-defect warranty coverage.
Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us when practical so we can review concerns and work toward a resolution before a payment dispute is filed. Nothing in this policy limits legally protected billing-dispute or chargeback rights.
